Sergey Mikhailovich Skubko (1922–2007) was a Soviet painter and member of the Moscow Union of Artists. He was a graduate of the Surikov Moscow State Institute of Fine Arts. In the 1950s, he worked on historical and revolutionary themes; later, he focused on lyrical landscapes and still lifes. He taught at the Peoples' Friendship University of Russia. His works are held in museum and private collections in Russia, the CIS, Europe, and the USA.
