Nikolai Petrovich Krymov (1884–1958) was a prominent Russian landscape painter. He studied at the Moscow School of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture, graduating in 1911. His early works (1906–1908) show the influence of Impressionism. In the 1920s, Krymov returned to the traditions of Russian realistic painting. His creative legacy is vast; his works are held in major collections, including the Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Pushkin State Museum of Fine Arts, as well as museums in Minsk, Kyiv, Odessa, and other cities.
