Maxim Vasilyevich Fayustov is a Russian artist and master of historical painting. From 1992 to 1996, he studied at the K. A. Savitsky Penza Art College, and from 1996 to 2002 at the Russian Academy of Painting, Sculpture and Architecture under I. S. Glazunov and M. Yu. Shankov. Since 2004, he has worked in the Creative Painting Workshop of the Russian Academy of Arts under the guidance of A. P. and S. P. Tkachev. He has participated in numerous exhibitions, including those at the Central House of Artists and the Moscow City Hall. He has been awarded a diploma and the Shuvalov Medal by the Russian Academy of Arts, as well as a gold medal from the Russian Union of Artists. His works are held in private collections in Russia, Italy, and France.
