The "Jewish Encyclopedia" is a compendium of knowledge about Jewry and its culture, published in 16 volumes in St. Petersburg by the Society for Scientific Jewish Knowledge and the Brockhaus-Efron publishing house (1908–1913). The edition is richly illustrated and bound in publisher's half-leather bindings with gold embossing and geometric ornamentation. The set is in very good condition.
