Suzdaltsev Mikhail Arkadyevich

Mikhail Arkadyevich Suzdaltsev was a Soviet painter, Honored Artist of the RSFSR, and laureate of the Stalin Prize of the second degree. He graduated from the Odessa Art School and the V. I. Surikov Moscow State Art Institute, where he studied under P. D. Pokarzhevsky, A. A. Osmerkin, and G. M. Shegal. He had been a regular participant in art exhibitions since 1948. His works are held in the collections of the State Tretyakov Gallery, the State Russian Museum, the Saratov and Sochi Art Museums, the Odessa Art Museum of Russian Art, as well as in private collections in Russia and abroad.
