Skubko Sergey Mikhailovich

Sergey Mikhailovich Skubko (1922–2007) was a painter and member of the Moscow Union of Artists. He graduated from the Surikov Moscow State Art Institute. He was an author of historical canvases and lyrical landscapes that continued the traditions of the Russian school of the late 19th and early 20th centuries. In his later years, he worked extensively in the still-life genre. His works are held in museum and private collections in Russia and abroad.
