Ligacheva Alexandra Iosifovna
Alexandra Iosifovna Ligacheva was a Moscow-based artist and a member of the USSR Union of Artists. She lived and worked in Moscow on Verkhnyaya Maslovka street. She participated in numerous Moscow, republican, and all-Union exhibitions. She is known for her portraits, still lifes, and landscapes of Uzbekistan, Lake Baikal, Uglich, Tarusa, and the Moscow region, as well as a series of works depicting Parisian cathedrals. Her work is characterized by lyricism and a deep focus on the human spiritual world. Her works are held in the Ivanovo Regional Art Museum, the Krasnoarmeysk Art Gallery, the 'Soyuz Tvorchestvo' gallery, and private collections in Russia, France, Great Britain, and the USA.
